t2k: MSFT has excellent lawyers.Warden is the best. But if Fisher is the DOJ's witness and he says that there haven't been that many downloads of NSCP then he must be right. Don't you see it is the Mad Hatters Tea Party. Goldmann Sachs is lying; MSFT is lying along with everyone else that is not aligned with the Kline/Barksdale/Case troika. Speaking for myself I have never obtained a browser any other way than but downloading. Itwas real difficult I would click on download and go to bed - in the morning I would install it. It didn't matter whether it was 14,28 or 56 kbs that is how I performed this cumbersome chore. I clicked and went to sleep. This guy Fisher has probably never been able to download anything without his secretary's help. JFD In the meanwhile MSFT takes another dump creating yet another buying oportunity.
