Well, "bob", let's say you're invested in a company that was founded by a guy who's run into very severe legal difficulties twice in less than ten years for, um, setting up scams. One of his Little Problems resulted in a criminal conviction. Let's say further that HITT has a business model that's very close to what said founder/majority shareholder got fined heavily by the FTC for in his last venture. I ask you again: why does this seem to you to be a Wonderful Investment Opportunity? You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it think.
