Don't kid yourself into believing Wolzien sold to ACTV out of some kind of benevolence. He probably saw how loose these guys are with their shares and jumped all over it.

I wonder what other critical patents ACTV is missing right now. They never said anything about Wolzien until after the leak in their arsenal was patched. Did they ever disclose what they paid?

Yeah - I know. The question is does anyone know if MSFT is actually coming out with something equivalent that works similar bypassing the patents somehow, thereby becoming an actual threat to IATV. Just trying to get a handle on the MSFT situation.
