The smaller dram companies will/are behind most of the fud coming out. They may very well be going out of business because of insufficient funds to tool up for rambus. Read what toshiba, Nec, Samsung have to say about rambus market share. 50% in a year or two. Micron pretty much keeps quiet. The last word from micron's steve appleton was in a conference call last may (or april) in which he begrugingly stated micron will be shipping in the fall. MU have be having a change of heart about rambus if they start to see the money it's going to make for them. Visit their web site they have a lot of rambus products in development.
