ONEAC Partners With LTX Corporation - To Supply
Power Conditioning for Fusion System-on-a-chip
Testers

LIBERTYVILLE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 1999--ONEAC Corporation, a
leading supplier of power conditioning products for the semiconductor
fabrication and test industry, today announced a strategic partnership with LTX
Corporation (Nasdaq:LTXX). ONEAC has been selected as a Fusion Partner
to supply power conditioning products for Fusion, LTX's leading technology
system-on-a-chip testers.

ONEAC power conditioners are specifically engineered to meet the need for a
clean, controlled electrical environment. ONEAC power conditioning assures
reliable ATE (automated test equipment) performance by fully isolating the test
process from the outside electrical world. The design includes a
low-impedance transformer that limits not only peak voltage (amplitude), but
also edge-speed (frequency) of electrical transients. They also include
ONEAC's Virtual Kelvin Ground(R), a unique grounding methodology that
creates a noise-free power environment.

Roger Blethen, President and Chief Executive Officer of LTX Corporation
commented, "We are pleased to introduce ONEAC as one of the charter
members of the Fusion Partners Program. ONEAC can provide Fusion
customers with the superior power conditioning needed for testing
system-on-a-chip devices quickly, accurately, and reliably. With the Fusion
Partners Program, Fusion is a single-platform test solution that builds upon the
R&D and support capabilities of leading test infrastructure suppliers like
ONEAC."

Louis J. Pace, Vice President of ONEAC Corporation added, "We are looking
forward to expanding our long-standing relationship and are pleased to partner
with LTX for use with their new Fusion system-on-a chip testers. ONEAC
power conditioning will significantly enhance the power quality where LTX
Testers are installed -- thus enhancing productivity, availability and reliability."
