One of my reader's posted this on PLCOP conversion to PLCO. "I spoke with the CFO (Mr. Frakes) today (760-471-4505 ext 108). He expects the company to issue a news release late summer / early fall explaining how to convert PLCOP to PLCO. I followed with a phone call to Continental Stock Transfer (212-509-4000 ext 218) and spoke with Hank (I didn't write down last name). He did some "looking up" - all seems "in order." Now I wait till December."
