Is this worth IPOing in this market. They have a float of 14 Million. I dont want this to be another CAIS. Already have 2K loss on CAIS.

$Mogul and all, what does your DD say?. I am planning to flip if I get it.

Pricing- they say week od 5/31. Got to be then today. Please advice if I will cancel it or not????? CONFUSED!!!!
