What do you suggest by this, or conclude or?? Robert, I always post those type of info in the hope of better/precise confirmation from many on this thread. However, most of the posters here tend to use "morris codes" instead of.... Well, if the info is largely correct, then it goes like this: Institutions may or maynot allow their shares to be shorted. They can excercise their discretions at any time, to call the shares which are lent out for shorting purpose.
