I just got off the phone with ETrade Customer Service...According to the Rep. I spoke to "ETrade is no longer allocating IPO's of FCFS basis...it is some what like a lottery..." Rep. even had mentioned that this is due to "software" people are using to get an early IOI's... So, I think, Just getting the IOI and hoping to luckout.. Good Luck all!
