Blade Runner ... thats okay .... no need to apologise. Disney need to just buy the rest of SEEK ...but this time at a premium .... !!

I think you should mention one more point that why SEEK performed so lousy, which is that the management in Infoseek is a mess, and no signs of getting better. Starting from the second quarter, at least five managers and two producers resigned from Infoseek. Read this old news, it may tell more than you want to know.
