This is all very interesting. I own APM in two accounts, Etrade and Waterhouse. I haven't heard a thing from either one. Maybe you all have better brokers than me?

Jill, did Scottrade say when the trade would be effective? DLJ gave me until 1PM today 6/3, to give them instructions if I were to accept. An earlier e-mail said the offer would expire Monday 6/7 and I now realize that may not necessarily be the settlement date.
