I am just going to be more selective, I have no faith in Lehamn as underwriter. yes not as many outstanding, I retracted that. I just can't IOI for a IPo in this Mkt. Just too many REAL BUYS out there.

Could be a +4-+5 pop, but thats about it.

Isn't Allen's Charter Communications now the 4th largest cable company? From Hoovers:

Vulcan's Charter Communications cable unit has agreed to give the company rights to at least 750,000 homes passed

Where do you get the 90M outstanding???

Neither 90 million or 14.658 million are correct. The prospectus
says on page 4:

Offered to public: 13,000,000 shares
Offered to Cisco: 672,043
Offered to Com21: 89,606
Offered to Microsoft: 896,057
----------
Total offered: 14,657,706
==========

Total outstanding after IPO:
New holders: 14,657,706 shares
Current holders: 37,275,166
----------
Total shares: 51,932,872
==========

There are options outstanding and planned in the order of
17.5 million, also detailed on page 4.
