I am new to the games MM's play and appreciate the informative posts.

A number of posts back "Cola Can" wrote:

"There are enough people that will crack and sell, and I hope
they hurry up and crack and sell. This will allow the MM to
cover, plus drive the price down to about .13 to .15, then they
will let it run. This will allow those on the sideline a chance
to get in, and us LONGS a last chance to buy more, cheaper shares."

Suppose as a result of this thread and others like it (RB, the number of newsletters touting DMEC, etc.) not as many leaves get shaken out, then what?

How long can the MM's keep the price down? If they have the control I'm led to believe they have then it seems they can draw this out as long as they want so long as they are holding the shares they haven't shorted? Is it the SEC rules that will force them to sell at higher prices?????? And has anybody determined exactly when that is?
