Data General Stake of 5.1% Held by Investor Harrosh

Washington, June 28 (Bloomberg) -- California investor Joseph Harrosh reported holding a 5.1 percent stake in Data General Corp., a Westboro, Massachusetts-based designer and maker of computer systems.

Harrosh, known as a value investor in out-of-favor stocks, disclosed in a regulatory filing that he held almost 2.6 million shares in Data General at June 23, according to a Schedule 13G filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The form 13G is used to report a passive investment.

Data General shares rose 9/16 to 14 9/16. Company shares have fallen 11 percent so far this year.
