Oh c'mon Kenneth... I'm supposed to know their complete business plan. Right... what they're going to charge and when they will deploy services. Heck, T's competitors don't even know this. The point is that T is positioning themselves in the local loop giving the ILEC's strong - very strong competition in the form of T, higher speed access, multiservice, simplified billing, and single contact for service.

$4500/user is calculated basing on a mix of bond, cash, and stock. These are not all real money. If you want AT&T to show you the money, wait for a few years. It should show up. Bill Gates doesn't want to wait for a few years. Microsoft has put $5 Billion real money in T.
