Steven, I remember a guy one time insisting that his stock was being bought out and if people would just call the company, they would see he was right. This was about a 2 dollar stock and he swore up and down that it was going to get taken out at 13 on Wednesday. Everybody just began to ignore his warnings and pleadings and passed him off as a nut. That Wednesday he had the last laugh. I have confirmed myself on three separate occasions. It looks too good to be true, so many assume it is. Can hardly blame those that don't do their own DD. . . .they just do what they are told and we don't go around telling folks what to buy. And so it sits on very little volume. I think they have a major deal, because of the way the company does biz. There stores are excellent. . .their newest models are even better. . .they pick only the finest centers and malls for their locations. . .their kiosk idea is cutting edge. . .I believe their website will be second to none. . . and above all. . . the company has PLENTY of money. . . just look at their filings. . .they have quite a chunk of change to throw at promotion and marketing. Rumors were once flying that AOL was considering PlayCo for their own toy company and visited the companies headquarters to check out their operation. . . .I have heard that the warehouse is totally impressive. . . perhaps I will drop in for a surprise visit in a week or so, when I am out there. This is not your typical OTC trying to get it together. Think about it. SPNT is a Nasdaq stock, whose only real claim to fame is that they own 25 percent of PLCO. UTTC is a similar company that seems to be primarily in the business of owning a piece of PlayCo. . . not much more going on. And this is not a financially poor, massively indebted start-up. . . it is a long established, well respected retailer that has been profitable and responsible. Releasing the website is HARDLY a make or break event for PlayCo Toys. There will probably be those that don't bother doing DD, that think this is one of the countless OTC stocks that opens a website in order to sell lots of shares. . . then they quietly disappear. I remember visiting PlayCo Toys many years ago and they are still around. . .and doing very well. The trouble with a no-brainer stock, is that it takes someone with brains to recognize it. Rande Is
