Xnet was trading with a $0.04 to $0.05 spread at the time. 35 pennies so .42 was probably asking price, especially just before the massive run up. Xnet traded an average of 30,000 to 40,000 in volume per day. Then you buy it and it goes into the millions of shares per day. Hits a high of 6 1/16, then the day after that 6 5/8 (6 1/2 at the open) and then tanks from there. Your gain of 1400% would be a sale of about $6. Gee very short exit window at the $6 level. So yeah you picked about the very low, and you picked about the very high. And if your buying at .42 pennies you werent picking up stock as inventory in your trading account so your not a market maker.
