Gary, May I redirect attention to a very good OS stock that has kind of dropped off the "radar"- and that is the soon-to-be (when the Poole Drilling merger is complete) largest land driller in North America, Nabors Drilling (NBR). It is up five days in a row and has more than doubled off of its earlier year low. Very conscientious Company with good capabilities in advanced drilling techniques. A few months ago we had a Nabors hand on the rig floor break his ankle by getting his heel tangled into a low-lying catline which held back a mudline just before the catline was winched. I was impressed. The Nabors VP himself showed up to conduct the accident investigation. That incident was unusual as Nabors has a very low accident/incident rate. IMO put NBR on your "watch list" as a good OS Company to pick up on a pullback.... "Jongebloed added, "We are especially pleased to see the improvement in oil prices in view of the pending merger with Nabors Industries, Inc. (Amex: NBR) The merger is projected to be completed near the end of the second quarter, subject to certain conditions being satisfied, including the usual regulatory approvals and the approval of two-thirds of our shareholders."
