My speculation is "out with the old & in with the new". could be a limited time offer'ing, presently if mgr is .05 and a 20 consolidation takes it a .05 x 20 = 1 then those who see an empty glass full of proken promises should sell now before its on the wrong side of 1 but those who see an empty glass full of promises to be kept should buy now at .05 before Breaking News lights a fire under new MGR and the 1 will scream off thru information that says others problems can become our gains because those running MGR are not running away doug
