From what I understood, the PP people are selling some shares now. The shares will not be registered until Oct. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here. Feel free to add. This explains alot. I'm also happy to report that Bernie Deutsch was identified as an investor in TSIG......although it's just my opinion, I think he is a large investor! LOL Bernie........feel free to expound! The plan is still the same old plan that attracted me as an investor so I'll be sticking it out and maybe even averaging down .
