VDAT is going to have another influx of cash. This is bad. They are not diluting the float significantly. The new shares will probably go off at, more likely above the current market value of the stock. VDAT doesn't have any content? They have not made strategic moves. What differentiates them is that they are not out to burn but to make money as quickly as possible in a very young and volitile market. IMO they will rise to be a strong issue. They will be going National, this will give them exposure to Funds. They have a good track record and the losses in Cap has been on extremely thin trading. Where are the 3-4 million share days to drive them down? Emotional selling. If I'm wrong I'm wrong. Won't be the first time in 20 years. My bet is already in and I'm holding strong. A stock that drops a 1/4 point on a couple of hundred thousand transactions does not instill any fear in me. I say buy. AMZN is such a bargain isn't it?
