Then they realized MSO's haven't a clue how to service business customers. The fact that they had to discover this worries me more than the success or failure of the service. The MSOs dont even have a clue how to service residential customers, everyone knows that already. Ahhaha is making a valid point though. I sure would like to see ATHM succeed outside the one field of residential internet service. @work seems to be very quiet and I get the impression (purely an impression- no facts)that they are outclassed in many ways by competitors who have long experience in providing for the needs of business.
