If you can't eat the right amount of green leafy veggies in a day you should eat some in the morning...so "they" say. Like put some spinach in your eggs.....are eggs o.k.?

I hate to say this, but women who feel a need for supplemental calcium, especially vegetarian women, can eat boners.

Growing in rows, they are.

A lot of calcium...but a lot of oxalic acid, too.

One pint of milk a day ain't enough, Blue, especially, I would think, for someone with rheumatoid arthritis. Throw your morning strawberries in the blender with a pint of yogurt. Toss some tofu in the stir-fry. And mix your gin nightcap with some calcium-fortified orange juice. :-)
