Elmer - <Time to write some more AMD puts?>

Chuckling out loud. I have never done this type of investing, although being on this thread I have gleaned a few things about various strategies as this, and has me thinking about jumping in once in a while.

To answer your question, June AMD Puts would most likely be safe, for the reasons you cited.

You're asking a Process Boy at Intel for AMD stock advice?

<EP - re: PB, what do ya think. Time to write some more AMD puts? I see I can get 11/16s for June 17 1/2s. With the K7 hoopla probably end of this month the hype should be building. The Q2 disaster won't be announced until well into July so baring a market meltdown the June puts seem pretty safe. No?>

You either have a large long position in AMD or you are considering writing uncovered puts? Which one is it?
