Total hoax. There's been a similar one floating around Canada several times. Total hoax. Often comes in an e-mail; just another type of virus. These losers win by making people waste time and energy and effort and e-mail server space and Internet bandwidth sending it all over the Internet.

Best way to deal with it is to ignore it.
