IOI at 6:04, 100 for me. Couldn't get in for about 35 minutes so window is likely skewed (similar to VUSA which was open over an hour). Actual window probably like 30 minutes. Looking for at least a 5 point pop in this one. Paul Allen's interest gives a lot of credibility to this stock.
