This company, and its business plan, couldn't be more ridiculous. Note that one of the main shareholders is converting debt the company owes him into common shares at a conversion rate of less than 5 cents a share.

Another strange thing--in my business life, I have had occasion to deal with many businesspeople for whom English is not their first language. I've read this company's recent press release. It's definitely written by a foreigner with a weak command of English sentence structure and verb forms, and yet the Company allowed it to go out to the public with a large number of obvious errors; my guess from the wording used is that the author is Eastern European.

Examples: "The web site of Merit will be available shortly...", rather than "Merit's web site will be available shortly."

and,

"This News Release gives company future view which could change." The author is unfamiliar with English use of possessives and definite articles.

I wouldn't buy stock in a company that issues press releases in poor English; it's a red flag to me.
