That's pretty funny, Teddy. I just did a NPV. I adjusted it for inflation to the late Sixties, when, in fact, I did first met Bob, and the cable splicer came out ahead in the comparison. Starting pay for young whippersnappers like us in '66 was $57.50 per week. <heh heh>
