I agree. However, although Bob didn't make a direct forecast on the subject, his attitude made it clear that he wouldn't be at all surprised if his model issued a sell signal within a matter of months or weeks.

Re: "Brinker uses a four week moving average of Bulls/Bull + Bears with 70% being the negative reading. We are knocking on the door to a negative sentiment reading. Hell, we may have even crossed the threshold."

It won't take many more days like today to sway over to the bullish side the few more needed to exceed the 70%.
