It may be that it is only deferred until next week. I subsequently found this reference from Renaissance Capital: ipo-fund.com "6/1/99 drkoop.com holds off its IPO until next week. Consumer healthcare web site drkoop.com (KOOP) will wait until next week to launch its IPO. It was originally scheduled for this week." Obviously, the timing is going to depend on market conditions. My sense is that this one is being rushed to market before the window closes. Good trading to you also.
