Yes, I agree, we need lots of calcium, so we won't have broken hips when we reach that certain age. There are non-animal sources of calcium such as dolomite limestone, you can take pills or chew little candies, or drink it in your orange juice or whatever. Yes, yes.

So, do you work out with weights?
