Ed,

Thanks for the info regarding the High Island loan. I understand the non-recourse loan is risky, although given the tiny market cap of PQUE and the high percentage of company asset value represented by the High Island well interest PQUE holds, little would be gained by the lendor in terms of security if the loan were full recourse IMHO.

I still would like some assurance that the lendor is not is some way related to the company's officers, directors or large shareholders. In the past I have been suspicious that insiders were taking advantage of smaller shareholders. Just a suspicion you understand, but still worrisome to me. Buy and hold small investors in this stock over the past several years, as you know, have done very poorly despite suggestions that great things were just around the corner.

Thanks too for the NRI info 29% x 20,000 MCF/day @ $2.00/MCF = $11,600/day or $348,000/month w/o regard for operating costs which could be offset by condensate value or a price of gas > $2.00/MCF. They need to get the gas flowing ASAP.

Any news on ongoing or upcoming projects?

Ron Clark
