D. Noss,

There is a big difference between 9 or 15. If NETP will be a lot higher in the future, (which I strongly believe it will), the difference between 9 or 15 is about 50%. If I can buy 1k shares at 9 or 600 at 15, 1k at 9 is much more appealing. Now I sell my shares at 100, I either make 51k or 91k. So you see D. Noss, there really is a difference.
