The problem is not that they are offering too much. Look at Cisco. Many purchasers are looking for one-stop shopping. The key is doing it well.

ALA has ptreety much every type of telco technology - maybe stretching themselves too thin by offering 'everything to everyone'

IMO, the broadest portfolio of communications equipment products probably belongs to Nortel. Do you agree?
