>>>I wish you would tell me how to fry tofu so it is crispy on the outside. I had that a few times at the New Orleans Hilton, they had a gourmet health lunch buffet when I was working downtown in New Orleans, it was SO GOOD!<<<

Well, I was hoping you could tell me. We don't really deep fry anything. Occasionally, pakoras. The deep fried golden tofu Thai's make is scrumpty.

>>>And, how do you pressure cook beans? I have a new pressure cooker, and I haven't tried that yet.<<<

I had pressure cooked beans last weekend. I recommend experimentation. MJ says don't let the foam plug up the vent. Heh heh. Books. I recommend books, the center of learning.

One thing I do know, is put a piece of seaweed in there. Like kombu. This way, you can eat the big bucket of beans I et at the mud fest and still drive home in the same car as yourself. It seems to really work. Lernt it from PBS.
