Andrew,

Thanks for the comments.

Maybe in the next iteration of the HAUP paperwork they will put more in about the existence of the WAVO/WAveTop capability on their CD and on the source for the Intel-Intercast capability.

I think that Steven Sprague's solicitation for feedback is very sincere and that even the seemingly most minor comments on layout, style design, etc. will be welcomed and are needed just as much as major operational or technical problem descriptions. John's reminder that this really is a beta test for both the physical and PC-related aspects of the equipment, as well as the real world functioning of WAVX's "back office" capabilities and systems, is very important, as well. Hopefully they will get a lot of information from the early board purchasers both to be helpful in future changes and in getting the product support operation up to speed to be ready to handle any recurrent problems.

Quite a few people have remarked on the rush when one first sees the Wave chip on the HAUP Board. Maybe those of us with machines that aren't up to having the Board installed should be buying it anyway, just for the valuable psychological lift of having a real physical evidence of Wave's movement to the next stage.

Thanks.

Steve
