I don't know, actually. I've got to read the reviews more, but I'm in no hurry, since summer in Portland is right around the corner, and sunshine is a precious commodity around here.

My impression is that the TNT2 Ultra is better than the Voodoo3 3500 because of image quality, especially TNT2's 32-bit rendering ability. I know little about the G400.

<Both are quite CPU-dependant so I plan on upgrading my whole system from a Celery to a K7 at the same time as upgrading the graphics card>

I'll probably upgrade my Pentium II 266 MHz to a Celeron 433 because it's cheap and easy for my system. I sure hope my old LX board can take the Celeron 433. Then perhaps I can hold out until Willamette.
