I have a feeling that when the IBM executive takes the stand, MSFT lawyers are going to be ready for him. They are also going to embarras him and the company by making comments such as ---you were afraid to take on Microsoft---did you not have any confidence in your own operating system---why did the consumer not choose OS/2 over Windows 3.1 ........ I feel sorry for him already. It is going to make IBM appear to be like a company that just complains to the DOJ because they can't compete with MSFT. Whether this is true or not is not that important. I just feel that MSFT lawyers are going to make IBM look bad (i also hold IBM stock).
