Can't stop with this, so here is my penultimo comment. If 62 parents had also refused to enter their children in the trial and they got the SOC and lived just as we heard about the 62 who died before they entered we would then have 79 deaths and a group size of 322. The mortality would still be 24.5%!!!!!

The 322 is the sum of 198 + 62 + 62. Do I believe 62 parents said no I don;t want my kid in the trial? No but now I clearly see that we are not looking at a low mortality meningococcemia. The information about the 62 was and is important to me and I again am thankful SOMA decided to provide it. All can draw their own conclusions and make their own decisions.
