IMHO, raising cash was not the main reason behind the warrant deal.
I agree somewhat with Sharkey. In essence, it is a creative sales incentive to motivate Sun to continue buying significant quantities from Ancor. Look to Inrange deal for guidance on how warrants are handled from an accounting perspective, eg, Black-Scholes.
