maybe so, but the long bond is getting very close to 6.0...when it breaks through this level,people will either lose continence or will exsanguinate as the mkt gives back another 20%....when the yield goes above this level, equities will fall out of favor very quickly amongst the institutions and it will be sept. before recovery ...personally, I believe mary meeker when she says the correction is not quite over....the employment numbers might influence the market for a few days but i think the market has already adjusted to the interest rates being hiked up when greenspan lays down the law later this month.....JMHO.
