Someone help out a newbie....

I got a confirmation request from Wit for the Wit IPO. I sent the request back with the "I Confirm" in the header. I have $3,500 in my account, and asked for 200 shares.

What happens now? When do I find out if I get Wit shares?

Elroy

Here's the email to which I responded "I Confirm"

Wit Capital Group,Inc.'s registration statement for its offering has been
declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The offering has been priced at $9.00 per share of Common Stock.

IF YOU WISH TO PARTICIPATE: You must confirm your conditional offer to buy
shares in this offering by replying to this email and typing 'I Confirm' in
the subject field. Even if you confirm your conditional offer, you are not
assured of getting shares. Your allocation, if any, will be determined by
your position under our first-come, first-served allocation policy.

IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE: Do not respond to this email.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you fail to confirm your conditional offer, you cannot be
allocated shares.
