Hi grayhairs,.. can you share those really good reasons with a newbie. Thanks. That simply is not true!! The flow rate in fact did decline dramatically over time but for very good reasons other than reservoir depletion !! russett

Grayhairs, We Americans pride ourselves on being risk takers and innovators. I find this situation incongrous. What I suspect is the advantage you have in this area is financial markets that - while risky and apat to take one's money - provide access to risk captial. Here in the states are Motherly government tries to protect the lambs from the financial wolves. So, you can get little companies who go out an raise money on a flyer - if they work out great - if they don't - thats life. Anyway, like the transistor - Americans found it (Armstrong/Pyr) but someone else is exploiting it. So salute to you northern explores. My yankee pride is for sale on this one. Hopefully is being bought for a very high valuation. Bob
