Obviously there will be samples well before then and low volume production as well. But drams don't get used in mainline PCs until they're in volume and down in price. (Except this might happen for drdram due to Intel's big screwup.)

But for ddr, never under estimate the power of the dram industry to take forever to change. Except maybe their hatred of rambus might cause them to bring ddr on faster.

But the reason we are having this exchange is that you have been posting as if 200 MHz bus is going to have a big impact soon. My point is that it wouldn't be very soon and by then it won't be unique in K7 either.
