The long term expectation for ATHM is not as rosy as it was because ATHM got in bed with T. More than a year ago I warned about the negatives of this move. It has given the other big boys incentive, not to field a competitive cable, not to go satellite wireless which isn't competitive, but to develop what we have discussed on the Last Mile thread, land based wireless. In one year it has made great strides and it is about to burst onto the scene. So I wouldn't be betting like I once did that ATHM is going to the moon. It will be a big player, but the earnings stream is going to be pushed forward due to the advent of the intermediate copper market and the possible land-based revolution in wireless. Now that the bloom is off the rose valuations have become an issue. ATHM no longer has the visibility of future earnings it once did. It can still achieve my earnings projection, but you can forget those of the brokerage house analysts. Then you have interest rates which can knock my 50 P/E into a cocked hat.

You got bagged when you bought that round lot at 160. You had better hope that what I've mentioned above won't happen. ATHM has a gap that would be filled at 10.
