Maybe more money can be made in a bear market.
Ive never seen a bear market either, so I've been asking around every chance I get.

The best summary of the responses I get is that it is hard to make money in a true bear market no matter how you play it. Long or short, investor or trader.

Volumes are thin, spreads large, price movements erratic and trendless. Its not as simple as prices going down. So I'm told anyway.

The advent of the internet may change that character however. While many investors would be blown out of the market the fact that access is so drastically easier than it was has to change the character of the market fundamentally. So maybe past experience wont help anyway.

I reiterate: you won't be here in 2 years because the stock market is going to clean you out. Actually, it is your own mistakes that has achieved much of the market's final goal. You can't make it doing what you're doing. No one has. Got that? No one.
