charred , I have answered the question: Crystallex holds a CALL OPTION. Look it up! No matter how you try to wrap your question, the answer will be the same. Sorry to hear that people you know lost their jobs. If this is in relation to Albino, then perhaps there is a good chance that they might recover their jobs in the not too distant future.
