V,all I am saying is there is a lot of dead wood sitting on various boards and all they are doing is "Whoreing" their "Special Guy" status.Just fine if the company is well run and stockholders are reaping the rewards, but when things start to go wrong we as shareholders can certainly point our fingers.In the case of Loewen Group, Turner was on the board and others could they not have had some input into the amount of debt they were taking on...I guess so.. but sadly some are on these boards in name only just for the money. I sincerely hope that Mr. Kaplan will take an active roll on the board of Rex. I was luckily out LWN at 40 now about.50 and headed for the tank. gg
