It's just a personal prediliction, but I tend to substantially discount anything I read on a website that uses a black background. My belief is that anyone dumb enough to use such a user-hostile color scheme is probably too stupid to do a worthwhile job with something more inherently difficult such as reporting and interpreting news. - Tad LaFountain
