Market makers and specialist are doing a lot of the buying, so investors have cash. NO wonder the prices have been going down so much, they are in control. GOD I think I just ans. my question why we have been having such low vol. sell offs? I have been racking my pea brain about this. Less investors as buyers other then market and specialist makers. BAD! How could I be so blind? Sorry it's late. Now if someone could ans. why the uts. are going up while rates are too, then I will have the ans. I have been looking for. Greg
